All product returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date and must be in new and unused condition.  All original tags and labels attached and must include all accessories and instructions. All accessories and components must also be in new, unused condition.  AMPRO Power Systems does NOT refund products sent you by a “LTL” or “FTL” carrier (Light Truck Load or Full truck load).   Review our freight shipping policies for more details.

To return an item, please email our customer service team at info@ampropowersystems.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  To receive your RMA number you will need to provide your full name, order number, and delivery address.   After you receive your RMA number, securely repackage the items in the item’s original packaging, including your Full Name and Order Number.  Mail your return to the following address:

Your prepaid return shipping label will be sent to you after you have contacted AMPRO Power Systems for your RMA number.

We will process your return or exchange after we receive and inspect the condition of your item.   We will notify you by email when your return is processed.    In most cases, your return will be processed within fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item.  We reserve the right to extend the processing time beyond fourteen (14) days due to high order volume, severe weather, or other force majeure event.

Please note:  Shipping charges are NOT refunded and an additional 15% restocking fee is charged for all returns.

Products that are damaged during shipping by a freight carrier are handled by the carrier directly.  Depending on the carrier, their procedures for damages are handled differently.

• For shipments received from a LTL or FTL company. You must let your delivery driver know there is damage before signing for accepting the product.   DO NOT sign for the product if there is damage to your items.  If you find damage to your product, let your driver know that the product is damaged, and they can let you know how to proceed with filing a claim.  You must reject any merchandise that is severely damaged during shipping.  Concealed damage claims can be filed with the carrier within 2 business days after the delivery of your product.  Concealed damage refer to damages that are found inside the packaging when there is no visible damage to packaging upon inspection.  Be sure to keep all original packaging and it is recommended that you photograph any damage found to the product in case these items are requested by the carrier for their claims process.

NOTICE:  YOU are responsible for thoroughly inspecting your product upon receipt.  You are also responsible for contacting the carrier for all claims associated with an LTL or FTL carrier.  AMPRO Power Systems does not accept responsibility for damaged products and will not refund your payment for these items.
